• Chrome washed/polished/hard water marks removed if possible

• Tiles/glass washed and polished

• Tub/shower exterior scrubbed and dried

• Toilets disinfected, scrubbed-interior/exterior and polished

Services We Do Not Provide

For the safety of our team and the integrity of your home, Crème De La Crème Cleaning does not:

• Clean homes where a contagious illness or excessive bodily fluids are present

• Clean soot from fireplaces

• Clean exterior windows

• Steam clean carpets or upholstery

• Lift or move items over 20 lbs

• Use harsh chemicals such as bleach, CLR, Easy-Off, or similar products

• Clean properties with infestations (bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.) or areas with pest droppings

• Use ladders higher than three steps

• Handle feces, urine, vomit, or any human or animal bodily fluids

• Clean in areas under major construction or lacking essential utilities (water, electricity, heat, or air conditioning)

• Clean full ceilings or full walls (light moldings only)

• Clean homes with severe mold or mildew issues

• Clean homes with excessive clutter that creates safety hazards

• Clean outdoor areas

• Provide service to clients who are disrespectful to our staff
